Deepak Green Residency: My investor's dilemma on basic amenities

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension, especially Deepak Green Residency. As an investor, long-term operational efficiency matters more than brochure promises. Kya yahan elevators ki quality aur maintenance response time sahi hai? From my experience, poor lift service creates big tenant churn. Also, power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat backup milta hai ya bas common areas? These small details seriously impact rental yield and future resale value, right? Any honest feedback on this?
