Del NCR Garden Villa

Upcoming projects in Ghaziabad always make me nervous about delivery times. I just invested in Del NCR Garden Villa, got in during the pre-launch phase. The current pricing looks like it's moved up a bit, which is good, but I'm really tracking future capital appreciation. Has anyone dealt with this builder before? I'm trying to gauge their project delivery track record for Ghaziabad. Just want to make sure my ROI expectations are realistic, you know?
