posted on 10 AprDelay in Project Approvals Concerns Noida Developers
Noida mein kuch toh gadbad chal rahi hai. Builders are saying project approvals are getting delayed. Yeh news kaafi important hai for anyone planning to buy property in Noida. Delays matlab projects late honge, aur cost bhi badh sakta hai. Ultimately, yeh saara burden buyers pe hi aayega. Industry bodies are pushing the authorities, but things are slow right now. If you're actively looking for a home in Noida, have you also faced similar issues with project timelines? Share your experience, so others can benefit!

Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida. I know someone who invested and is now stuck. Do your research properly!
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, but they're still under construction!
Prices are already rising in Noida due to increased demand. Delay in approvals will only make things worse for buyers.
The industry bodies are saying they're in talks with the authorities. Let's see what happens. But I'm not holding my breath. Noida mein kuch bhi ho sakta hai.
So, what's the takeaway here? Should we avoid investing in Noida for now, or are there still good opportunities?
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Is it worth investing considering these delays?
7k is a bit high, I think. Depends on the project and amenities. But yes, Sector 150 has potential with the new Jewar airport coming up.
Jewar airport is still years away. Don't base your decision solely on that. Consider connectivity, schools, and other infrastructure.
Anyone know what's the latest with the Noida-Greater Noida metro extension? Will that help with property values?
Metro extension is a big plus, but again, delays are common. Don't expect it to be completed anytime soon. Focus on existing infrastructure.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Possession mila kya? Still waiting. Builder is giving lame excuses.
RERA registration number check karo sabse pehle! That will give you an idea of the project's status and the builder's compliance. Don't just blindly trust their marketing material.
U9, good point. Where can I easily find the RERA details for a project in Noida?
UP RERA website. Just google 'UP RERA' and you'll find it. Search by project name or builder name.
Also, the builder is legally obligated to display the RERA registration number prominently in their marketing materials and at the project site. If they don't, that's a red flag.
I am a tenant, but planning to buy. This is making me rethink my decision. Maybe rent is better than dealing with these delays and builder issues.
Don't be discouraged, U13. Just do your due diligence. Check the builder's reputation, visit the site multiple times, and get everything in writing. Rent is also expensive in Noida!
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Approvals mein delay hota hai toh saara cost buyers pe aata hai. Sector 150 mein I saw a project jiska rate suddenly badh gaya.
I'm an NRI and planning to invest in Noida. This news is concerning. Is this affecting all sectors or specific areas?
U6, mostly the newer sectors like 150, 143, and even some projects in 7x are facing delays. The older sectors are relatively safer, but prices are higher there.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Greater Noida West. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Now I'm thinking of filing a RERA complaint.
Totally agree yaar. Noida mein kuch toh gadbad chal rahi hai. I booked a flat in Sector 78 last year, possession was promised by Dec 2024. Now they're saying March 2025! Bahut tension hai.
This is true. I've heard the same from multiple builders. Apparently, environmental clearances are taking forever. UP RERA needs to step up.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Which project are you talking about? Name and shame karo! Others will be careful.
