Vasant Kunj – I'm upgrading from my 2BHK, home loan already running. Builders like DLF ya D S properties, unke 3BHK prices ₹3Cr tak ja rahe hain. Honestly, kya negotiation possible hai new properties pe? Ya bas list price hai, take it or leave it? All-in cost mein kitna hidden charges hota hai, like PLC, parking? Spot discount milta bhi hai kya? Thinking of Sector 10 Rohini too. What does the community think? Is this price jump worth it?

Bhai, negotiation toh bhool jao. Builders abhi market mein raja hain, especially in prime areas. DLF ka toh naam hi kaafi hai. Vasant Kunj me 3Cr is steep, but it's Vasant Kunj. Rohini Sector 10 might be slightly better but don't expect miracles there either. Price jump is definitely there, but 'worth it' depends on your long-term view.
Totally agree. Mere friend ne Anand Niketan mein liya, no scope for even 1% off. Builders don't even talk about it.
