Delhi builders' security claims vs ground reality

My loan for the Home Making Smart Floors project got approved last week, but I'm having second thoughts after a site visit. I work in real estate, I know brochure promises versus reality. They show 24/7 CCTV, visitor management systems, guard patrolling, sab kuch. Lekin site pe dekha, security guards bas gate pe baithe hain, CCTV coverage unclear. Power backup bhi bolte hain full flat, but ek current cut pe pata chalta hai only common areas. Mera ek client ka toh RO bhi nahi chalta backup pe, it's so frustrating! Water supply ka bhi issue suna hai, tanker pe depend karna padta hai kabhi kabhi. Matlab, yeh sirf marketing stunts hain ya actually deliver hote hain? Koi Home Making Smart Floors ya similar projects mein rehta hai? Actual experience kya hai security aur full flat power backup ka? Kya yeh common issues hain Delhi mein ya I'm just overthinking?
