Absolutely. New Delhi has witnessed record residential launches and sales in recent years. Backed by policy support, infrastructure spending, and rising disposable incomes, the New Delhi property market shows no signs of slowing down.
The average price per sq.ft in New Delhi ranges from ₹4,500 in emerging localities to ₹15,000+ in premium zones. Well-connected sectors with good amenities command higher rates, while upcoming areas offer early-entry pricing.
New Delhi has localities that offer dual advantage of airport and metro proximity. These command a premium due to convenience for frequent travellers and strong rental demand from aviation and corporate professionals.
A flat in New Delhi is typically part of a multi-storey apartment complex with shared amenities. A builder floor is a stilt-plus-3 or stilt-plus-4 construction offering more privacy, independent entry, and often a private terrace.
RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) is a government body that mandates developers to register projects, disclose timelines, and deliver as promised. Always verify RERA registration before booking any project in New Delhi to protect your investment.

Exactly this! I was looking at a project by Omaxe in Anand Vihar last year, and they kept adding charges. EDC, IDC, PLC... laga jaise saari alphabet soup mere bill mein hai. Had to drop it. My EMI calculations went haywire just like you said.
OMG, so true! Mera toh budget pura hil gaya tha registry costs dekh ke. Builder ne last moment pe bataya. Yeh sab pehle se clear kyun nahi karte?
