Builders always hype future infra projects – "Metro Phase IV, IGI expansion se prices double honge!" I'm looking at Dwarka ya near Eastern Peripheral Expressway. But honestly, kitna real impact hota hai? Is it just short-term pump-and-dump? Ya long-term appreciation milta hai? I know what builders don't tell you, but I need ground reality.
