Builder sales team is giving vague answers. Koi off-record figures bata sakta hai kya? I've heard stories about 20-30% extra.
Jagdamba Associates? Be careful, my friend. My cousin almost booked with them in Anand Vihar last year, but their possession timelines were super delayed for another project. Apart from stamp duty and registration, expect to pay for electricity meter connection, society maintenance advance, club membership (if any

Bhai, congratulations on the pre-approval! Pitampura is a good location. For Jagdamba Associates, I've heard their 'extra' charges can be quite high. Don't just rely on what they tell you. Stamp duty and registration alone will be around 7-8% of the agreement value depending on male/female ownership. Parking aur PLC toh alag se hota hai.
