Delhi projects amenity promises are often empty
Are promised amenities in New Delhi projects ever fully delivered? I'm based in Dubai and eyeing Gitanjali Apartments for investment, but can't do a site inspection myself easily. The brochures look fantastic with clubhouses and sports facilities, but I worry about the reality. Is the clubhouse actually used daily, or does it become a ghost facility after a year? For investors like me, tenant attraction and resale value are key. If amenities aren't up to par, that impacts everything, right? Also, what's the deal with maintenance charges? Do they genuinely provide value for money, or just eat into ROI? I'll need a property manager, so ground truth from you guys is crucial. Any experience with amenity delivery vs. brochure claims in Delhi? Does it actually drive premium pricing?
