₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Happy Homes, Delhi – sounds good on paper, right? But from my experience, builders ki glossy brochures aur ground reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai. Everyone talks about clubhouse ya gym, but nobody discusses the real deal-breakers. Okay, I'll say what no one talks about: power backup aur water supply. Builder bolte hain full flat backup, but sach mein sirf common areas ke liye hota hai. Tenant attraction ke liye yeh bilkul essential hai, warna rental yield gir jaati hai. Aur water supply? Tanker pe depend karna padta hai, matlab extra cost. Yeh chhoti cheezein later on resale value ko kitna affect karti hain, log calculate nahi karte. You pay premium for amenities but basic utilities ka kya? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Builders ka toh yahi rehta hai. They show you a dream and then you wake up to these hidden nightmares. Power backup aur water supply toh basic hai, uske liye bhi extra bharna padta hai. Bahut tension hoti hai yeh sab soch kar.
Sahi baat hai bhai. Especially in Delhi, jahaan summers mein power cuts aur water shortage common hai. These 'basic amenities' are actual lifelines, not luxuries. Current market mein toh buyers ko aur bhi smart hona padega.
