Pre-launch discounts are largely a myth in today's Delhi market. From my experience, you often pay the same, sometimes even more, once you factor in PLCs and other charges. For a 3BHK in Saket, say ₹2.5 Cr from Godrej, what's the realistic negotiation margin on the base price? I'm talking actual money off, not just free parking. My last deal in Dwarka, a resale, had much more room to move. With developers like Orchid India Inframart Llp in areas like Geeta Colony, do you see similar negotiation potential on new projects? I've seen this pattern where secondary market properties in Vasant Kunj offer better ROI due to genuine seller motivation. Is a 5-7% discount even possible on new construction above ₹1.5 Cr in Delhi? Change my mind.

Absolutely! Sahi kaha bhai, negotiation toh naam ki reh gayi hai. Builders aise bhav khaate hain jaise unka hi raaj hai. Free parking, club membership, bas yahi sab milta hai.
