Delhi property 'final' price is always a lie — prove me wrong.
Honestly, I completely underestimated how many hidden costs there are when buying property in Delhi. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Rajouri Garden, maybe from Saarthi Builders, around ₹1.8 Cr. But yaar, that's just the base price. My parents keep saying 'final deal pe kitna kaam karaya?' but I'm not sure kitna negotiate kar sakte hain. Is it even possible to get more than 2-3% off on the stated price? Phir there's stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC for a good view... these charges add up like crazy. Broker told me around 10-12% extra, but I'm worried about kuch aur nikal ke na aa jaye possession ke time. Like, kuch maintenance funds ya society charges jo pehle se nahi batate. So, what's the real 'all-in' cost percentage I should mentally add? Aur kya negotiation sirf broker se hota hai ya builder se directly baat karni chahiye? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
