Are New Delhi property prices sustainable till 2026? Sarai Jullena jaise areas mein current growth kaafi high lag rahi hai. Kya lagta hai, correction aayega ya this upward trend continues?

Sarai Jullena ki baat toh theek hai, but what about established areas like Alaknanda? Wahan pe bhi prices seem to be climbing without any logic. Koi actual RERA data ya specific projects ka p/sqft bata sakta hai kya? I'm looking to buy a 2BHK there, but every broker is quoting different prices,
Mujhe toh lagta hai Delhi ka real estate kabhi girta nahi. Thoda upar neeche hota hai but overall upward hi hai. Demand itni high hai, supply limited, khaas kar South Delhi jaise areas mein. Mere friend ne Anand Niketan mein ek plot liya tha 5 saal pehle, aaj uski value double ho gayi hai. Toh I think it will continue.
Sarai Jullena mein growth toh dikh rahi hai, no doubt. Lekin bhai, ye sustainable lag nahi raha. Meri family mein ek relative ne 2010-12 ke boom mein invest kiya tha, phir correction mein bahut time laga recover karne mein. Abhi interest rates bhi high hain, aur job market bhi utna stable nahi lag raha. Aise mein log itna premium kaise afford kar payenge long-term? Lagta hai ek chhota correction toh banta hai.
Haan, aur builders bhi prices artificially inflate kar rahe hain, especially for new launches. They know first-time buyers are desperate. Jab tak government intervention nahi hota, ye chalta rahega.
Totally agree. Mereko bhi same feeling aa rahi hai. Bubble jaisa lag raha hai.
