Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir se badha diya, yaar. I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Delhi, around Dwarka or Vasant Kunj. Was looking at some DLF and Godrej projects, 2BHK ya 3BHK, budget ₹2 crore. But ab soch raha hoon, is this the right time to buy? Market prices already high hain na? Metro Phase IV aur UER-II ka impact kitna hoga? Will these infrastructure projects truly push prices up more, or is it already factored in? Should I wait, ya miss kar jaunga?

Yaar, totally relate. Mera bhi landlord har saal badha deta hai, ab toh bas ho gayi! Dwarka and Vasant Kunj are good options, but ₹2 crore budget for 2/3BHK sounds a bit stretched considering current rates. Kya lagta hai, infra projects se aur kitna badhega price? Should we really jump in now?
Sahi kaha bhai, same pinch. Lagta hai abhi wait karna chahiye, prices toh already ceiling pe hain.
