Delhi property market: 2026 tak kya lagta hai?

Yamuna Vihar mein property dekh raha hoon, but prices samajh nahi aa rahe. Current price rise sustainable hai kya, ya correction aayega 2026 tak? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK, maybe 3BHK if I stretch. Log bol rahe hain Dwarka, Saket mein prices toh sky-high ho gaye. Koi idea hai next 2 years mein kaun se areas max appreciation denge? Like, Vasant Kunj ya Greater Kailash jaise. Aur advertised price vs actual all-in cost ka kya scene hai? PLC, parking sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Bohot confusion hai, yaar.
