Is the EMI vs rent math really worth it in Delhi, especially with all these hidden costs? I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking for a 3BHK around Nehru Place. Builders like Complete Home Solutions quote prices, but yaar, is negotiation possible? How much can one *actually* knock off from a ₹2.5Cr property? Aur, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking — kitna extra lag jaata hai? Don't want any last-minute surprises. Any experience with hidden charges during possession?
