Spent the last weekend looking at Garg Group's project in Trilokpuri. Their quoted price for a 3BHK, around ₹1.8 Cr, seems quite high even for the area. I tried negotiating, but the sales team was rigid; they barely moved on the base price. My experience suggests builders in Delhi don't negotiate much anymore, especially for new projects. I'm wondering, does negotiation actually work in New Delhi now? Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte ho on the base price before stamp duty and all other charges? Is secondary market better for negotiating a real deal? Share your recent experiences, please.
