Kya Delhi mein builders ke saath negotiation truly possible hai? I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sultanpur, around ₹1.8Cr se ₹2Cr budget, from Reputed Builder. Agent bol raha hai 5-7% easily negotiate ho jaata hai, but parents bolte hain Delhi mein mushkil hai. Is it true? All-in cost ka calculation bhi samajh nahi aa raha. Property price ke upar stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab milake kitna extra pakad ke chalun? Koi hidden charges bhi hote hain kya jo possession ke time pe surprise karte hain? Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer and thoda nervous hoon ki kahin overpay na kar doon. Aap logon ka experience kya hai?

Bhai, parents sahi bol rahe hain. Delhi mein negotiation almost zero hai, especially for reputed builders. They have fixed rates. Agent toh apna commission nikalne ke liye kuch bhi bolega. 5-7% is a dream, seriously. Maine bhi Alaknanda mein try kiya tha, but no luck.
Same experience! My agent also promised huge discounts, but builder said take it or leave it. Ultimately, I had to pay almost full price. Only got some white goods thrown in, after a
