₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj seems high, but what's the real negotiation room? Builders like Godrej or DLF, they hardly budge more than 2-3% on listed price. Kohli Builders jaise smaller ones, unke saath shayad thoda scope ho. But then possession pe hidden charges, like extra PLC ya maintenance advance, meri ROI kha jaate hain. Seriously, direct builder negotiation is a myth in Delhi, right? Change my mind.
