Yaar, I'm also tracking. Vasant Kunj prices are crazy. Log bol rahe hain ki 2026 tak double ho jayenge, but it feels like a bubble. Kya sach mein sustainable hai yeh growth?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera budget toh pura hil gaya hai. Lagta hai correction aana hi chahiye, warna hum jaise log toh kabhi khareed hi nahi payenge. Sustainable toh nahi lag raha, it's too fast.
