Delhi property security: What's the ground reality?

Last year I thought CEL Apartments was a great deal. Brochure mein toh security system ekdum top-notch dikhaya tha. But actual implementation mein CCTV coverage, visitor management, aur guards ki quality kaisi hai? As an investor, mujhe tension hai ki tenant attraction aur long-term value pe kya impact hoga. Real-world experience kya hai?

Yaar, ye toh sab builders ka game hai. Brochure mein kuch aur, site pe kuch aur. CEL Apartments ka toh naam hi suna hai, but security ke mamle mein Delhi mein bahut issues hain. Specially agar aap investment ke liye dekh rahe ho, toh tenant ko bhi acchi security chahiye. Alaknanda mein mere friend ne ek flat liya tha, wahan bhi same problem thi, guards change hote rehte hain aur CCTV bas show-off ke liye.
