Delhi property: wait or jump in now?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Greater Kailash feels steep. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different. Been eyeing DLF and Omaxe projects in Dwarka too. Prices just seem to keep climbing. Honestly, is New Delhi still a good investment right now, or has it peaked? With Metro Phase IV and UER-II, should I wait for more impact or jump before things get even crazier? What's the ground reality for appreciation?

Yaar, 1.8 Cr for GK is just crazy. I'm seeing similar prices in Dwarka for DLF too, it feels like everything is just going up without a pause. Is this sustainable? Honestly, is New Delhi still a good investment right now, or has it peaked? Feeling like I missed the boat entirely on earlier prices.
