Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the real cost of a 2BHK in Delhi. My parents keep saying "sirf property price mat dekho," but I had no idea kitni hidden charges hoti hain. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Shakurpur, around ₹1.5 Cr from Tony properties. They quoted the base price, but what about stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and all that? Yaar, yeh sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? I'm worried about last-minute charges at possession. Has anyone bought recently and can share their actual all-in cost breakdown? Matlab, what's the final amount you ended up paying beyond the advertised price? Any tips to avoid these surprises?

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head! I'm looking at a 3BHK in Dwarka and the base price felt okay, but then they started listing all these other charges like 'club membership', 'power backup installation', 'IFMS'... it's making my head spin. My parents also warned me, but I never thought it would be this much of a difference. Lagta hai 15-20% toh extra pakad ke chalna hi padega.
