Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies buying in Delhi, but nobody talks about the actual negotiation margin. Matlab, is it even possible to knock off 5-10% from a 2Cr 3BHK in Dwarka? Builders like Dreamkey Infra quote crazy prices, then add so many hidden charges during possession – PLC, IFMS, maintenance... it's a joke. The real all-in cost is always 15-20% higher than advertised. Change my mind.
