I heard about this too, but 30-40% is insane. I just moved from Anand Niketan and even there, the hike wasn't THIS much. Are you seeing actual deals at this rate or is it just asking price? Because if it's real, then my budget for buying is

Haan bhai, Vasant Kunj mein rates toh aasmaan chhoo rahe hain. Same boat here, looking for a 1BHK and it's crazy expensive. Lagta hai abhi rent pe hi rehna padega.
