Vasant Kunj keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK, maybe even a small villa if possible. Kailash Nath Projects ka ek option dekha hai udhar. My budget is around ₹3.5 Cr, but I'm really confused about the *true* all-in cost. Builder price toh theek hai, but kitna extra lag jaata hai stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, aur interiors mein? Kya Delhi mein negotiation sach mein work karta hai? matlab, builder se kitna realistically kam karwa sakte hain? I'm also thinking, secondary market mein kya zyada negotiation scope milta hai compared to new projects? Already home loan chal raha hai, toh every rupee counts. Koi experienced banda batao yaar.
