Does anyone actually manage to negotiate builder prices in Delhi? Fed up of renting in Dwarka, I'm finally looking to buy. I saw some Property Gallery projects near Wazirpur, but prices... yaar, they just seem fixed. Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain? Builders bolte hain no negotiation. Also, is the secondary market better for negotiating? Matlab, all-in cost, stamp duty, registration, PLC sab jod ke itna badh jaata hai. What's the real game plan to save some money? Koi tips hai?

Totally agree yaar, builder prices in Delhi are a joke. I'm also looking near Dwarka and it feels like they just quote a number and stick to it. Koi tips to break this 'fixed price' myth?
I tried negotiating for a 2BHK in Anand V
Haan bhai, same experience. 'No negotiation' is their favourite line. Builders don't even pretend anymore.
