Delhi's green spaces are mostly photoshopped

₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Delhi is a huge amount for me, and I'm stressing big time. Looking at DDA Meera Apartment, the flat looks decent, but I'm worried about the 'living experience' aspects. Brochure mein green spaces bahut achhe lagte hain, but ground reality kya hai? Actual open areas, parks, kids ke liye khelne ki jagah kitni usable hai? Kahin sirf landscaping ke naam pe chote se patches toh nahi milte? Aur paani ka kya scene hai? 24/7 supply hai ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Summer mein pressure issues ya scarcity toh nahi hoti? My parents kehte hain paani ki dikkat bahut common hai. Koi current resident ya ex-resident bata sakta hai kya? Honest opinions chahiye, please. It's my first home, I really don't wanna mess this up.
