Delhi's 'luxury' homes are rarely worth the insane premium.
Visited both Duggal Housing Complex and Chadha Luxurious Home last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe a villa. The price difference is huge, naturally. Chadha looks great on paper with all the amenities, but are they actually useful or just for show? And what about the total cost of ownership including maintenance and everything? Duggal is more budget-friendly. For a family moving in, which one makes more sense for long-term living? Is the premium for Chadha justified, or is Duggal a smarter move overall?

Yaar, Chadha sounds fancy but what about the actual long-term value? My friend bought in Anand Vihar, similar 'luxury' and now regrets it. Builder promised the moon, but amenities break down, and maintenance is a black hole. Is the premium really worth it for just a few years of
Totally agree, bhai. These 'luxury' tags are mostly for show. I saw a similar project near Alaknanda, all glitz no substance. Maintenance charges will eat you alive, trust me.
