Delhi's 'premium' amenities are investor nightmares
Sk Shri Shyam Apartment — everyone glorifies the fancy amenities, but honestly, are they even worth it for an investor? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits to check if the clubhouse is actually busy or just a ghost facility. Builder brochure mein toh sab kuch 'world-class' lagta hai. But rental market mein, tenants really care about a sparkling pool or good construction jo seepage na de? High maintenance charges for these premium amenities, but is it value for money when half the stuff is broken or unused? Does this actually add to resale value or just drain my ROI? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. These builders just add fancy names to basic stuff and call it 'premium'. Good construction jo seepage na de, that's the real luxury, not some unused clubhouse. I almost bought into a project near Anand Niketan, brochure showed 'infinity pool' but it was just a small tub.
Totally agree with OP! Maintenance charge itna high hai for amenities no one uses. ROI toh gaya tel lene.
