Delhi's 'premium' properties still hide charges.

₹2.8 crore for a 3BHK in Saket... this market is crazy, sahi hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading, and already have a home loan. Visited a few projects by DLF and Godrej Properties recently. Yaar, builders ka delivery track record dekh ke darr lagta hai. Friends say Godrej is generally good with timelines but unke projects mein construction quality issues aate hain sometimes, like seepage after a year. DLF projects look grand, but hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, EDC, registry costs, itna sab add ho jaata hai. Is that standard for these bigger names too? Not sure if the premium is worth the headache later. Any real experiences with these guys, especially post-possession maintenance ya koi surprise costs, like amenity charges that weren't clear pehle?
