For months I've been tracking ready-to-move options in Noida. Dev Sai Solitairian City Pary looks interesting for investment. What's the real capital appreciation like since possession? Is the current price per sqft justified? Also, what kind of rental yield are people actually getting there? I worry about the investor-to-end-user ratio impacting rentals and eventual resale. Anyone have ground-level insights or experience with this project? Don't want to get stuck in a ghost society, you know?

Yaar, 'average appreciation' toh kehna bhi mushkil hai. Main toh kab se prices track kar raha hoon, lagta nahi yahan kuch khaas appreciation hua hai. Kya current price per sqft justified hai jab itne flats khaali pade hain?
Totally agree. Maine Ajayabpur aur Alpha II, Greater Noida ke projects bhi dekhe hain, Solitairian toh definitely lag kar raha hai.
