₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Devanahalli Airport Zone. My wife liked the vibe for kids' school and safety. But I'm confused if this area has already peaked for appreciation. Is this still a good investment for long-term ROI, ya know? Or should we look at other sectors instead?
