Devanahalli property prices are just hype, prove me wrong

Visited Prestige and Sobha projects in Devanahalli. Builders quote crazy numbers. Fed up of renting, but are these prices justified for daily living? Commute to tech parks kitna lagta hai?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I saw a project near Aavalahalli, they were quoting 8000-9000/sqft. For Devanahalli? Seriously? It feels like they're just banking on airport expansion and IT corridor promises that are still years away. Commute to Manyata Tech Park toh nightmare hoga.

Sahi kaha bhai. My broker was pushing hard for a plot in Akshayanagar area, saying 'future investment hai'. But current infrastructure is just not there.
