Devasthanagalu: Seeking real resident feedback

Yaar, finally mustered the courage to visit Devasthanagalu last Saturday. It's beautiful no doubt, but the prices they're quoting feel so high, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Builder ki presentation toh ekdum grand thi, but I'm worried about hidden costs. Is the daily commute from there a nightmare? And seriously, do people actually live there happily, or is it just a show flat vibe? Any genuine residents here who can spill the beans? Fed up of paying rent, but don't want to jump into a bad deal.
