My kids' school admission is next year, and I'm still stuck on a flat. We saw SVP Krishan Vihar in Ghaziabad, brochure mein amenities kaafi achhe dikh rahe – pool, big play area, clubhouse. But yaar, I've heard so many stories about promised facilities just being for show, ya kabhi complete hi nahi hoti. Is it just me, or do builders always over-promise? Like, kids ka play area – is it genuinely safe and usable, ya bas ek chhota concrete patch? My hack is to always ask for photos or videos from existing residents, not just relying on builder's site visit. What else should I check during site visits beyond just the show flat for amenity reality? And construction quality, after a year, will seepage start showing up? Any tips on red flags for long-term construction quality? My wife's priority is a safe and functional space for the children, not just fancy brochure pics. Hope this helps someone.
