Developers hide real costs till the last minute

Okay, I'll be honest — my Kogilu flat's final bill was a shocker. Total Environment ka possession March mein mila. PLC, parking charges ne budget hila diya. Anyone else face this with new properties?

Haan bhai, mere friend ko bhi Total Environment mein same issue aaya. Builder ne usko bhi PLC aur infra charges ke naam pe bahut chuna lagaya. Kya kya charges extra the jo last minute pe add kiye?
