Been looking for a 2BHK in Bangalore for months now. House of Hiranandani ka Devin Paradise Enclave dekha, but builders quote one price, then so many hidden charges aa jaate hain. PLC, floor rise, parking, fit-out... yeh sab kitna add karte hain? Honestly, I'm confused about the true all-in cost. Any idea how much extra these add up to, or if they're negotiable?
