Honestly, I'll admit I'm finding this tougher than selling. As a broker, I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself in Devin Paradise Enclave feels different. Prices for a 2BHK are ₹90L+; justified or inflated? Water supply ka kya scene hai, kitna borewell pe depend karna padta hai? Morning traffic from Electronic City side... kitna time lagta hai daily? Real insights from recent buyers?

Bhai, 90L+ for a 2BHK in Devin Paradise? Seriously? I've been eyeing properties in Akshayanagar and even there, for that price, you get better amenities or at least a slightly bigger carpet area. This feels super inflated, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Is there any RERA justification for this price point or is it just builder hype?
Totally agree! I saw their brochure and the price per sqft is touching ₹7500-8
