Location toh sahi hai, no doubt. But iska price range kya chal raha hai aajkal? Mera budget tight hai yaar.
Exactly! ₹1.1 Cr minimum for a 2005 project sounds like a stretch. My budget is similar and I'm looking at Baharampur Naya for newer options.
Jo price range Devinder Vihar ka chal raha hai, woh ₹1.1 Cr se ₹2.9 Cr ke beech mein hai. Depends on the size and exact block. But for that amount, you can probably find something newer, maybe a little further out towards Airport Road (Gurgaon side).
Bhai, Devinder Vihar ka possession toh 2005 ka hai! Almost 20 saal purana project hai. Tum delivery track record ab kyun pooch rahe ho? Re-sale market is definitely not easy for such old properties, especially if you're looking for quick appreciation. Location is good, no doubt, but consider the age factor.
