So, I'm confused between Nimbus The Hyde Park and Sunrays Heights in Noida. Hyde Park is ready to move, which is a plus, right? But Sunrays Heights ka price seems slightly lower. I'm thinking long-term investment, like 5 years. Which one has better appreciation potential, guys? Has anyone compared the carpet area efficiency? I've heard some projects advertise big, but actual usable space kam hota hai. Also, what about rental yield? Which one would attract better tenants and rent? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar. What do you think? Which one would you choose and why? Any thoughts?
Sunrays Heights ka carpet area sahi hai, but Shivi Inexpensive Studio is ready to move. Investment horizon 5 years, which one gives better ROI, yaar? What do you think, considering the price difference?
Guys, I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. Aigin Royal is crazy expensive! Is it worth the jump over Sunrays Heights? Carpet area sahi hai kya? Also, resale value wise, which one is better long term? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
Sunrays Heights is completed, right? Omaxe Twin Towers ka rate toh kaafi zyada hai. Is the extra space and 'luxury' worth the price jump, guys? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
Guys, I'm in Dubai. Which has better rental potential and appreciation, considering I'll need a property manager? What's the carpet area efficiency like in both? Any thoughts?
