Did Electronic City infra really boost prices?

Electronic City's new metro and elevated road are overhyped. I'm not seeing massive price appreciation. Which pockets actually benefited most from infra developments? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post. I've been tracking prices near Hosa Road and Sarjapur Road for a 2BHK, and the jumps aren't as dramatic as builders claim. It feels like the hype is more about future potential than current reality. Infra improve hua hai, but prices seem to have already factored that in long back, ya fir itna impact nahi hua jitna expected tha.
