Negotiating in Delhi property deals is a whole different ballgame than I expected. Just closed on a 3BHK in Kishangarh with Silver Oak Development Society last month, and the "final price" was anything but. The stamp duty and registration hit harder than I thought, plus those unexpected charges at possession time. Honestly, it felt like they add 10-12% on top of the quoted price. Did anyone else manage to negotiate these hidden costs down effectively? Or did I just get played?
