₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Crossings Republik felt like a steal back in March. Just got possession and moved in last month. Honestly, I'm wondering if Ghaziabad still has real appreciation potential for the next 5-7 years. With Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Metro Red Line extension, prices in areas like Raj Nagar Extension and Indirapuram are already up, right? I'm seeing 2BHKs pushing ₹70L easily. Is the growth from these infra projects already fully factored into current prices? Or are we still early enough to see another good jump, especially with Hindon Airport's impact? What's your honest take on Ghaziabad's market trajectory?

Bhai, I think you missed the boat. Crossings Republik mein 78L for a 3BHK, that's already kinda high. Raj Nagar Extension mein toh ab almost impossible hai under 60L for a decent 2BHK. Growth ka major chunk already ho chuka hai, lagta hai. Abhi toh market thoda stagnant hi hai, ya fir bahut slow appreciation.
