Did I overpay for my 3BHK in Khera Dhrampura?

Khera Dhrampura property prices feel really steep for what you get, honestly. Just moved into my 3BHK here a couple months back, possession was in April. Paid around ₹82L, which felt like a stretch. Is that the going rate now, or did I overpay? Things nobody told me about were the morning traffic on the main road towards Noida – it's a mess, takes forever. And the water supply, we get municipal water but the pressure is often low, sometimes need to call for tankers. What's the real ground reality for others living here longer? Are these issues just part of the deal or did I pick the wrong spot? Should I have negotiated more on price?
