Did I pay too much for my Bengaluru flat?
Did a site visit to Splendid Lake Dew in Kacharakanahalli last month, just after my possession in Bisnahalli. Honestly, I'm now wondering agar maine jaldi toh nahi kar di buying mein? My 3BHK cost me ₹1.8 Cr. Builder ne bola tha negotiation possible nahi, but I'm hearing some people manage 5-7% off. Mera toh mushkil se 2% hua. Also, possession ke time par society maintenance advance, utility setup charges, club membership, yeh sab mila ke almost ₹3L extra lag gaye. Nobody told me about these hidden charges clearly pehle. Is there any specific time ya area like North Bengaluru where actual price correction ya better negotiation possible hai? Ya Bengaluru mein sab jagah price same hi rehta hai? Curious about others' experiences.

Bhai, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Kacharakanahalli sounds a bit high, to be honest. Splendid Lake Dew is good, but negotiation 2% hi mila? I'm also looking for a 3BHK and builders are quoting crazy prices. My agent told me around Akshayanagar and Agrahara Layout, prices are still a bit reasonable compared to East BLR. Hidden charges ka toh sabka yahi haal hai, they never tell you upfront.
