Did pre-launch pricing really save anything?

Did anyone else get shocked by possession charges even after booking pre-launch? Just moved into Sunder Homes, Sector 49, and it felt like a whole new bill. Increased PLC, IFMS... honestly, it made my "early bird" discount feel like nothing. Makes me question if CLP versus upfront down payment would've saved me some unexpected outgoings. What are your tips for spotting these?
