Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for a Gurgaon investment, but I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Diplomats Golf Link. Everyone talks about the ₹47L-₹80L price point, but what about the actual resale market for an investor like me? Yeh project pura investor-heavy lag raha hai. If 70% are investors, who will buy from us in 5-7 years? Will it just be another ghost society? Project delivery bhi on time hogi kya? I need a clear exit strategy. Change my mind, prove me wrong about the resale potential here.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. My biggest fear with any new project is exactly this - will I be able to exit when needed? Especially with so many investors, it feels like a ticking time bomb. Gurgaon mein aise projects kaafi hain jahan resale value bas paper pe hoti hai.
