Direct builder deals are a myth, prove me wrong.

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Saket. Trying to understand if going direct to builders like DLF ya Godrej is actually cheaper than through a broker. Brokers claim better bulk deals, but I suspect hidden commissions. Kya kisi ko direct negotiation mein better price mila hai for a 3BHK in the ₹2.5-3Cr range? Or are brokers really necessary?
