Been looking for 6 months now for a 3BHK upgrade in Chandigarh. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 24C, and the family needs more space. I'm seeing prices for a good 3BHK near Mohali or Aerocity touching ₹1.5 Cr, sometimes even more. Yaar, is it always better to go direct to the builder for new projects, or can brokers actually get you a better deal or special discounts? I'm an investor, so total cost is key. Secondary market mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai kya, compared to direct builder sales? Just trying to maximize value, already have a home loan so EMI matters.
